Generally 6–12 hours heat retention and 12–24 hours cold retention, depending on environment and usage.
2.What material is used inside?
Food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, safe for water, tea, coffee and beverages.
3.Can it hold milk, juice or acidic drinks?
It can hold them temporarily, but we recommend cleaning immediately to avoid odor, corrosion or staining.
4.Why does it stop keeping heat well?
Usually due to collision damaging the vacuum layer, worn seal, or improper lid closure.
5.Can the bottle be heated on a stove or in microwave?
No. Do not heat the insulated bottle directly over fire or in microwave.
6.How to prevent leaking?
Check that the silicone seal is correctly installed and the lid is fully tightened.
7.How to clean the inner wall?
Use a long bottle brush with warm water. Do not use hard scrubbers to avoid scratching the interior.
